中煤榆林煤炭深加工基地項(xiàng)目甲醇合成裝置合成氣壓縮機(jī)采購(gòu)范圍包括壓縮機(jī)、汽輪機(jī)、潤(rùn)滑油系統(tǒng)、干氣密封系統(tǒng)、汽輪機(jī)輔機(jī)系統(tǒng)（含空冷系統(tǒng)）、相關(guān)儀表（包括控制系統(tǒng)）、電氣設(shè)備、備品備件、專用工具等。

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī)：
Qualification or performance required for the bidder:
*）境內(nèi)企業(yè)須具有獨(dú)立法人資格，提供有效營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照；對(duì)于境外企業(yè)，根據(jù)該國(guó)（地區(qū)）的法律，提供在主要制造廠
*) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
*）投標(biāo)人需提供自****年*月*日以來(lái)（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）至少*臺(tái)***萬(wàn)噸/年及以上煤制甲醇合成裝置的汽輪機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)合成氣壓縮機(jī)成功運(yùn)行*年及以上的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，需提供有效的合同掃描件及用戶證明（合同至少包含合同首頁(yè)、技術(shù)部分、簽字頁(yè)）。如合同不能體現(xiàn)以上內(nèi)容，須提供其他相關(guān)有效證明材料，原件備查。
*) Bidders are required to provide the manufacturing performance of at least * steam turbine-driven synthetic gas compressors for coal-to-methanol synthesis units of *.* million tonnes per year or more since * January ****, whichever is the time of contract, a valid scanned copy of the contract and proof of the user (the contract includes at least the first page of the contract, the technical part, the signature page) . If the contract can not reflect the above content, must provide other relevant effective certification materials, the original for reference.
