normal align=left style='margin-top:7.5pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:4.15pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:left;text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.談判保證金交納：由投標(biāo)人基本賬戶出具，以銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬、支票、匯票、本票或者金融機(jī)構(gòu)、擔(dān)保機(jī)構(gòu)出具的保函等非現(xiàn)金形式提交（以銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬方式以外交納保證金的需開標(biāo)現(xiàn)場提供原件）。以銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬方式交納保證金的，投標(biāo)人必須在2021年11月19日9時(shí)00分前從其基本賬戶向畢節(jié)市 交納投標(biāo)保證金人民幣伍仟元整（以到賬時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)，由于跨行轉(zhuǎn)賬需一定時(shí)間，為確保保證金按時(shí)到賬，請盡早交納保證金）；投標(biāo)保證金必須從投標(biāo)人基本賬戶一次性按本項(xiàng)目要求金額轉(zhuǎn)入，且確保在響應(yīng)文件提交截止時(shí)間前到賬并檢查綁定成功，否則，責(zé)任由投標(biāo)人自行承擔(dān)。
