二、申請人的資格要求

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.資格條件要求如下：

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條之規(guī)定；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（2）必須有合法有效的工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證、組織機構(gòu)代碼證（或三證合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照）；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（3）具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包叁級及以上有效資質(zhì)；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（4）具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（5）法定代表人參加本次投標(biāo)的附本人有效身份證證件，法人授權(quán)委托人參加本次投標(biāo)的附法人授權(quán)委托書和本人有效身份證證件；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（6）提供2019年度或2020年度會計師事務(wù)所出具的審計報告復(fù)印件，審計報告包括企業(yè)提供的財務(wù)報表（含資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、利潤及利潤分配表或利潤表、現(xiàn)金流量表和財務(wù)報表附注）。審計報告應(yīng)蓋有會計師事務(wù)所單位章和注冊會計師的執(zhí)業(yè)專用章，并附會計師事務(wù)所的營業(yè)執(zhí)照及執(zhí)業(yè)證書復(fù)印件。注：新成立公司不足一年的（以營業(yè)執(zhí)照成立時間為準(zhǔn)）不作財務(wù)狀況要求。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.本項目的特定資格要求：供應(yīng)商具備有效的建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質(zhì) ，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。擬派項目經(jīng)理須具備建筑工程專業(yè)貳級及以上注冊建造師資格，且注冊在本單位，具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（B證），未擔(dān)任其他在建項目的項目經(jīng)理。技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人具備中級及以上職稱。主要管理人員：施工員1人，質(zhì)量員1人，安全員1人，材料員1人，資料員1人。
