3、投標人資格要求投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投標人應為本次投標所投產(chǎn)品的制造商或者授權(quán)代理商。如果投標人是代理商，則須提供制造商有效授權(quán)書；如投標人為制造商同一集團負責銷售投標所投產(chǎn)品的全資子公司、控股子公司（投標人應提供制造商或其上級公司證明上述事項的證明文件），則視投標人為制造商。不能再將此貨物同時授權(quán)給其他投標人參與投標，否則相關(guān)的所有投標將被拒絕。The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the bidding products. If the bidder is an agent, a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer shall be provided. If the bidder is a wholly-owned subsidiary or holding subsidiary of the same group as the manufacturer responsible for sales of the bidding products, the bidder shall provide relevant evidence documents from the manufacturer or its superior company to prove the above matters, and in such case the bidder shall be deemed as the manufacturer. The bidding goods cannot be authorized to other bidders to participate in this bidding at the same time, otherwise all related bids will be rejected.如果投標人是代理商,應具有2022年1月1日至2024年12月31日氣動滑板閥（刀閘閥）的銷售業(yè)績，并提供相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于銷售合同復印件，至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。If the bidder is an agent, the bidder shall have sales performance of pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2024, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The sales performance documentary evidence includes but not limited to a copy of the sales contract, which should at least reflect the following contents: the date of contract signing, the contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures？and？seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), the name of the manufacturer, and the name of the goods.？If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.投標文件中提供制造商授權(quán)書的中標候選人，應在中標候選人公示后 3個工作日內(nèi)將制造商授權(quán)書原件（簽字或人名章或公章均須為原件，不接受掃描打印文件）送達招標人
