投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投標人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商或授權(quán)代理商。
如果投標人是代理商，則須提供制造商有效授權(quán)書。
如果投標人是制造廠商所在集團內(nèi)負責(zé)銷售的公司，投標人應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團，負責(zé)投標貨物的銷售工作。
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of bid goods. If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer. If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.投標文件中提供制造商授權(quán)書的中標候選人，應(yīng)在中標候選人公示后 3個工作日內(nèi)將制造商授權(quán)書原件（簽字或人名章或公章均須為原件，不接受掃描打印文件）送達招標人
