normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.1必須具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證、組織機構(gòu)代碼證（或三證合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照）；

六、其他補充事宜

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'> 2.投標保證金交納方式：銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬、銀行保函、保證保險。（采用銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬的，投標保證金必須從公司賬戶一次性匯入采購人指定賬戶，且確保在截止時間前到賬并檢查綁定成功否則，責任由投標人自行承擔（以到賬時間為準，由于跨行轉(zhuǎn)賬需一定時間，為確保保證金按時到賬，請盡早交納保證金），采用銀行保函或保證保險等非現(xiàn)金方式提交的，銀行保函或保證保險可通過貴州省 綜合金融服務平臺辦理，其彩色掃描件應附在投標文件內(nèi)）；
